The lecture highlights the importance of creating good communication in the workplace and externally. In high-performing teams, the communication climate is crucial. Here you will gain insight, tools, and examples in an easy-to-understand format.

The lecturer is Oskar Sergel from Sergel Talarkonst, who has trained thousands of people in effective verbal communication.

Then you get to tackle an Escape Box as a team. It is full of exciting riddles, puzzles, maps, books, formulas, surprises, and secrets. You have 60 minutes to solve the box and catch the spy. The team that solves the mission first wins. This requires working well together under pressure, being structured and solution-oriented, and above all, communicating well.
