Our spa offers 1,500 square meters of relaxation with a swimming pool, hot tubs, dry and steam saunas, a quiet spring, an outdoor twin massage pool, and a spacious sun terrace for sunbathing and meditation. You can also work out in our modern gym or participate in group training sessions.
Complete your spa experience with our professional massage, skin, and body treatments. Our highly trained therapists are specialists in their fields, ensuring you receive the best possible experience. The spa bar serves light refreshments and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Facial treatments
Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation with our facial treatments of varying lengths. Whether you choose a shorter refreshment or a longer, more in-depth treatment, they are tailored to your skin and your needs.
Massage treatments
Let your body relax and release tension with one of our soothing massage treatments. Choose between classic massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, pregnancy massage, or a relaxing moment with someone you care about in our couples massage.
Massage in combination
Gentle to medium-depth massage combined with something else you desire, such as a facial, foot treatment, or scrub. In consultation with the therapist, you will agree on how the treatment should be designed, based on what you need today, but within the scope of your therapist's expertise.
Body treatments
Discover our body treatments that re-energize both your skin and your mind. Here you can choose between different rituals such as our warming Body Scrub and the softening Frangipani Salt Glow, which exfoliates, moisturizes, and leaves your skin feeling silky smooth.
Foot treatments
Give your feet some well-deserved pampering with our foot treatments. Choose between a relaxing foot massage, a nourishing pedicure, or an elegant polish for extra style and shine.
Junior treatments
We offer specially adapted treatments for children and young people aged 9–15. Choose a 20-minute facial treatment or a relaxing back and arm massage.
The treatments are short, gentle, and carefully designed to give young people a moment of relaxation and well-being in a safe and soothing environment.
Eyelashes, eyebrows & waxing
Discover our treatments for eyelashes and eyebrows, from tinting to shaping, or treat yourself to smooth skin with full leg or lower leg waxing. Professionally performed with a focus on comfort and long-lasting results.

At Dalecarlia Spa, you will find a spacious and peaceful bathing environment with both indoor and outdoor experiences. There is plenty of room for relaxation and opportunities to combine bathing with sauna, treatments, and exercise.

Gym & Training
At our spa, you will find a bright and spacious gym with panoramic windows overlooking Lake Siljan. Here you will find cardio machines, treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines, exercise bikes, free weights, and strength training machines. As a hotel guest, you have free access to the gym.
We also offer weekly exercise classes, including meditation, Easy Line, circuit training, and yoga, which are suitable for both beginners and experienced participants.
Spa bar
Our spa bar serves light refreshments: salad, lunch of the day (quiche with salad, dressing, and coffee/tea), Toast Levain, nachos, charcuterie platter, fruit salad, olives, etc., as well as soft drinks, water, smoothies, juice, beer, wine, cider, and Prosecco.

Enhance your spa experience with our spa ritual
You perform the ritual on your own at your own pace using the various facilities available at the facility together with your product kit.
The product kit from Elemis contains four travel-size products for the face and body. Add the ritual when booking your spa treatment or purchase it on site. Price: SEK 335.
