The hotel
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m.
Late check-out can be booked subject to availability – please contact reception.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, free parking is available directly adjacent to the hotel.
Is the hotel cash-free?
Delvis. Vår restaurang och vårt Spa är kontantfria, men i receptionen går det bra att betala kontant.
Spa & Relax
Is the spa included in the room price?
Spa access is not automatically included in all room rates. Spa admission must be booked separately or is included in selected packages. We recommend booking in advance as places are limited.
What are the opening hours for the spa?
The spa has different visiting hours depending on the day and occupancy. Current times are available when booking or via reception.
How warm is the water in the pools?
- Indoor pool: approx. 28°C
- Heated outdoor pools: approx. 36–38°C
Please note that temperatures may vary slightly depending on operating conditions and outdoor climate.
Is there an age limit at the spa?
Yes, the spa is available for ages 12 and up.
Family hours for children under 12 are 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on weekdays and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on weekends.
What is included in the spa entrance fee?
Access to pools, saunas, and relaxation areas. Bathrobe, towel, and slippers are included during your stay.
Restaurant & Breakfast
Is breakfast included?
Yes, our generous breakfast buffet is included for all hotel guests.
What are the breakfast hours?
Weekdays: 6:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m.
Weekends: 7:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m.
Do you need to reserve a table at the restaurant?
We recommend booking a table, especially in the evenings and on weekends.
Can you take allergies and special dietary requirements into account?
Yes, of course. Please let us know in advance and we will take care of it in the best possible way.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome in selected rooms and in the lobby on the ground floor. Please notify us when booking. Dogs are not allowed in the spa or restaurant areas.
Is there an elevator?
Yes, the hotel has an elevator to all floors in the newer part of the hotel.
Our standard and economy rooms are not accessible by elevator.
Are there accessible rooms available?
Yes, we have a number of accessible Deluxe Rooms on the first floor. Please contact us to make a reservation .
Do you have a gym?
Yes, a well-equipped gym is available for our guests and is located in our spa building about 100 meters below the main building.

How far is it to the center of Tällberg?
The hotel is beautifully situated overlooking Lake Siljan, about a 10–15-minute walk from the village.
Are there any hiking trails or activities nearby?
Yes! The area offers fantastic walks, hiking trails, cultural experiences, and excursion destinations all year round. The reception will be happy to help with tips.
